Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated automatically by weight and country.

Every effort will be made to ship pre-made (non-custom) orders within 5 working days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the the courier. Events (such as holidays, weather or Covid-19) may cause delays.

Orders are shipped from Carlisle, England.

UK orders are shipped first class as standard which includes basic tracking. This does not include upgraded insurance (£20 insurance is standard), however insurance can be selected at checkout by using another shipping method.

International orders are shipped tracked as standard. This is to include insurance.
